The Leaders Guiding Our Global Advisory Work

Co-Founding Partner
Dr. Scott Fisher, co-founding partner of Convergence Strategy Group and founding partner of Leisure Dynamics Research, is widely recognized for his economic expertise and rigorous analytical approach to complex gaming, hospitality, and leisure developments. His work spans feasibility studies, market analyses, economic and community impact assessments, operational audits, and asset valuations for major projects in both the public and private sectors worldwide.
Dr. Fisher has advised on casinos, integrated resorts, hotels, theme parks, airports, arenas, and convention facilities across global markets. His operational audits of existing gaming and hospitality properties identify departmental inefficiencies and strategic opportunities, while his valuation and financial modeling work supports property acquisitions, sales, litigation, and financing transactions. His reports have supported financing for some of the world’s largest gaming and integrated resort projects, including developments by Wynn Resorts and Melco PBL in Macau. His international experience includes feasibility and strategic assignments throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and North America, as well as regional advisory work across the Gulf Coast gaming markets.
Dr. Fisher’s industry experience includes ownership positions in Riverwalk Casino in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Casino Monte Lago in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. He was approved for an individual Nevada gaming license in 2009.
