Dr. Fisher provided a gaming market assessment and financial analysis for a shuttered casino-hotel in Laos. Considered was the lost cash flow as a result of casino closure, as well as the impact that an airport expansion could have had on the attraction of junkets to the property. This project culminated in Dr. Fisher’s appearance as an expert witness for the client in front of an ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes) arbitration tribunal.
