As a sub-consultant to Spectrum Gaming Group, Dr. Fisher has provided market assessments and cash flow forecasts for several major international casino resort operators contemplating integrated resort development across five different sites in Japan.  Dr. Fisher’s scope of work included analyses of various revenue forecasts, as well as sizing and positioning recommendations for the development and operations of casinos, hotels, food and beverage facilities, retail facilities, MICE and ancillary space, culminating in cash flow forecasts.  Dr. Fisher’s assessments and recommendations are currently being used in the decision-making process as gaming legislation moves forward in this promising market.
