Project Experience

Dr. Fisher provided a gaming market assessment and financial analysis for a slot facility in in Vientiane, Laos  for the purposes of international tribunal litigation and testimony, related to a joint venture breakup. Considered was the lost cash flow as a result of the termination of the partnership, as the opposing party maintained and expanded operations of the facility. Additionally, the market assessment modeled the incremental cash flow that could have been expected with the addition of table games, as the property ultimately added. This project culminated in Dr. Fisher’s appearance as an expert witness for the client on two separate occasions in front of ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes) arbitration tribunals.
