For one of the fastest growing casino companies in North America, Ms. Leckert has been engaged in assessing the potential of numerous development locations for Category 4 gaming in the state of Pennsylvania. A series of complex gravity models (both drive time and traditional crow-flies models) were constructed to evaluate more than 15 different development locations over more than 20 competitive scenarios, including their respective impacts on gaming revenues at existing casinos in the state.
