Project Experience

Dr. Fisher provided several economic impact analyses, as part of teams of consultants assisting potential developers in Upstate New York vying for the state’s commercial casino gaming licenses, including one of the successful bidders. These analyses provided forecasts of overall spending, household earnings, employment and fiscal impacts from construction and operations, as well as local and county impacts for police, fire, schools and other public services.
